Fear is our only adversary

Fear is our only adversary. The challenges of life are not your adversary. Those of a different color are not your adversary. Those is a different faith are not your adversary. Those who speak a different language are not your adversary. Those who are immigrants are not your adversary. Those who are LGBTQ are not your adversary. Fear is your only adversary. Fear reduces God’s plan for your joy and love.

Ask yourself whenever you feel anger, which is really fear, does this feeling bring me growth or does it diminish me?

We all feel fear. There is no judgement in feeling afraid. We must feel our fear and move forward. The joy, purpose, and fulfillment of our lives will be found in our ability to conquer the walls of fear.

Living with integrity

The quality of our truth and integrity has a specific connection to how much we value everyone and everything.

The essential skill of self awareness is an ongoing learning about who and how we are in the world. We must self assess every day. In this assessment process, be truthful and also be kind. Allow grace to be the lens by which you examine your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

May we all live with integrity.

Love

“To be yourself in a world that is consistently trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson

You are a singular gift to the world. No one can replace you. You are a unique expression of universal love.

You are loved for who you are.
