In my soul there are lines from the Bible, the Torah and the Koran.
My soul also resonates with the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads and the Yoga Sutra’s.
My soul sings the wisdom of the saints and the blessings of nature.
The vision of the indigenous people of the Americas, Africa, and Australia collaborate with the stars in the heavens.
The animals, plants, rocks and oceans all pulse through my soul.
The arts are the expression of my soul, voice and song, music, movement and dance, sculpture and pottery, painting, film, philosophy and the written word.
My soul beams with the memory of you. Your eyes, your ears, your arms, your legs, your beautiful hair.
My soul carries the face of everyone I have been blessed to know and all those I still will be knowing.
“If you place two living heart cells from different people in a Petrie dish, they will in time find and maintain a third and common heartbeat.” - Molly Vass
Our biology holds the secrets of relationship.
Cellular proof that the nature of life is joining together – unity.
This is the miracle of love
This makes compassion possible
This makes us curious and passionate
It is uplifting to know that without even knowing each other there is a common beat between all our hearts.
“The master is not a master over others, but a master of him or herself. And so welcomes others not so he or she wants to lead them, but because together, they create an energy field that supports each unique individual in finding his or her own light.” - Basho
This has always been one of the great joys of my life. Helping to build a community where everyone thrives. I have always found great joy in helping to facilitate growth. As I help others grow, I also grow. As I help others discover their light, my light shines as well. We are all here to shine our light. As we kindle this flame in each other, the heavens shine with the light of millions. We are blessed as we bless others. We are all a flicker in Gods flame of grace.
The week of March 23rd I was blessed to experience the perfection of God’s love and wisdom. On March 23rd, our beloved Daughter Ashley had eye surgery. Ashley is special needs and although 32 years old, is developmentally 2 months old. My blessings this week began in prayer and meditation on Sunday the 20th. I experienced this deeply profound, overwhelming warmth and light clearly communicating to me that all would be well in Ashley’s surgery. I consciously nurtured that feeling throughout the week. Believing in the gentle love of God, I choose only to share my experience with Sandra, my beloved wife.
Our week progressed with friends and family offering their prayers and love. I continued to focus on gratitude and belief in God’s love. The morning of the surgery, I could feel my trembling ego getting shaky. I continued to affirm God’s love and message of perfect health. The expected 1 ½ hour surgery turned into 2 ½ and with Sandra nervously shaking next to me, my belief started to creak just a little. As soon as I saw her surgeon, I knew all was good. I prayed unceasingly, “Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God.” As Ashley’s surgeon brought us back to recovery, he gently spoke “Get on your knees tonight and thank God. This could have gone south and it was perfect.” My reply, “I thank God every night.”
Ashley is our miracle. Every moment, every day. Hard times, stressful times, good times, joy. We live with miracles. Each of you is a miracle. Be aware, be grateful. Let each moment of your life be an expression of loving gratitude.
Ashley can see. Today I showed her a beautiful Easter card and she looked straight at it.
Miracles. There are no ordinary moments.
