Just
before Thanksgiving, our special needs daughter, Ashley, was hospitalized with
pneumonia. I felt blindsided and my
world was rocked to the core. Fear and
anxiety are still the first feelings I had.
I felt that I was looking over my shoulder for the approaching
darkness. My blessing and relief came in
my morning meditation and prayer. Spirit
flowed into my open heart and mind.
Spirit always counteracts fear and anxiety. God is my source. I remind myself that I can never be separated
from my Source. God is always with me.
To
rise above my frail humanity, I must make time to be with my Source. I start my day in meditation and prayer. I end my day in meditation and prayer. Throughout my day, I take time for contemplation,
making conscious my oneness with God.

God is your world, what have you to fear?” – Emma Curtis Hopkins
